RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Ingredients: & nbsp; 5-15%: oxygen-based bleaching compounds, non-ionic surfactants, & nbsp; & lt; 5%: anionic surfactants, optical brighteners, fragrance < / p>
Preparation and use:
Rub: & nbsp; Apply stain remover to the stain. Rub the stain as needed. Fill the dispenser as instructed and place it in the washing machine drum. Soak: Add 100 ml of liquid to 4 L of water. White fabrics max 6 hours. After soaking, wash as usual or rinse thoroughly. For best results, rub the stain before rinsing.
Wash: Use with laundry detergent: Add 100 ml of the product. Place the measuring cup of liquid on top of the washing machine drum. Use detergent as usual. Add one measuring cup to each wash.
Recommendations:
- Always follow the garment manufacturers' washing instructions.
- Check the dye fastness by applying the product to an invisible part of the fabric, then rinse and let dry .
- Do not expose the soaked fabric to direct sunlight or direct heat prior to the main wash.
- Use only warm water to pre-remove Vanish stains.
- For best results, you may need to repeat the process.
- Do not use on dry-cleaned fabrics.
- Do not use the product directly on metal parts (e.g. buttons, zippers).
- Do not use on garments or leather carpets.
- Do not expose Vanish-stained fabrics to direct heat or sunlight before rinsing or main wash.
- Do not allow the liquid to dry on the fabric (maximum contact time 10 minutes).
