RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

1. Wear protective gloves.
2. Wet your hair.
3. Apply a small amount of shampoo on a hand covered with a glove and spread it over the hair, gently massaging.
