RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The cream-gel consistency of the paint allows easy and precise application - even when when you want to get interesting color transitions. How to use:
Depending on the effect you want to achieve, the application of the paint will be a little different.
However, the beginning is the same:
1. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Comb your dry, unwashed hair thoroughly.
2. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Put a towel on your shoulders (there is a high probability that it will get dirty with paint, so use one that you won't feel sorry for) and wear protective gloves.
< p> 3. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; In a bowl (not metallized!), mix the entire tube of coloring cream-gel and oxidizing cream. Mix the contents thoroughly with a brush until a uniform mixture is obtained.4. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Use the tip of the brush to divide the hair into two sections.
Some important tips: < /p>
1. When painting each section, separate your hair into strands - this will make your task easier and avoid missing parts.

The "undone" effect:
The "undone" effect consists in deliberately leaving regrowth. Therefore, start applying the product at a distance of about two fingers from the root. Leave Colorista paint on your hair for 30 minutes and then rinse it with lukewarm water. Rinse until the water runs clear. Then apply the conditioning lotion for 2 minutes. Rinse off and it's ready!
The ombre effect:
Start the application of the product at any height of your choice (between the ear and the chin line, or at the ends). You can achieve a smooth color transition by spreading the paint further up with the brush. Leave the product on your hair for 30 minutes and then rinse it with lukewarm water. Rinse until the water runs clear. Then apply the conditioning lotion for 2 minutes. Rinse off and it's ready!
Color refresh:
Coat the roots first and leave the mixture on for 20 minutes. Apply the rest of the paint to the entire length of your hair. Thoroughly massage the product into your hair to spread it evenly and leave it for 10 minutes. After this time, rinse the paint with lukewarm water. Rinse until the water runs clear. Then apply the conditioning lotion, leave it for 2 minutes, then wash it off and it's ready!
