RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

< b> How to use: With gentle movements, massage / wash the skin, starting from the arms and legs towards the heart. The skin may be slightly pink at first, but over time the brush pressure may be increased. The treatment should last 5-10 minutes every day and the first results can be felt after just a few treatments. Its use increases the absorption of substances and microelements from the creams, lotions or oils used. Cosmetics applied to such prepared skin will work much faster and more effectively. How to care for the brush:
The brush should be replaced with a new one as the fibers wear, the wooden element is protected with natural wax, but remember that when using the brush in the shower, small cracks and blackening of the frame may appear - this is a natural process, so to extend the life of the brush, you can lubricate it from time to time with, for example, ordinary vegetable oil, which we use in the kitchen.
Dry the brush flat, with the fiber down, do not dry it on radiators or other heat sources. If you do not use a brush, try not to store it directly in a closed shower cabin.
After a dry massage, shake the brush against your hand to remove the remnants of the epidermis. If necessary, wash in soapy water, rinse under clean water and dry naturally with the bristles down.
Instructions for use of the brush:
- Start the massage from the neckline, collarbones and the base of the neck. At this point, massage with circular movements to stimulate the work of large lymphatic vessels.
- Massage hands from fingers to shoulders, end the movement under the armpit or on the collarbone.
- When massaging the breasts, use short movements from the nipples, followed by long strokes from between the breasts, under the breasts, up to the armpit.
- Massage the abdomen towards the groin and end each movement in this area.
- End lower back massage movements at the coccyx.
- Massage your legs from the feet to the knees and from the knees to the groin (front) and to the top of the buttocks (back).
