RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How to use:
Before using Veet wax strips, carefully read the precautions on the packaging. Make sure your skin is completely clean and dry before epilating. You can use each patch more than once in each session until it loses its grip. There is no need to rub the patches with your hands to separate them!
Perfect results in 4 simple steps:
1. Slowly separate the plaster into two parts along the score line using the rounded tabs.
2. Apply one patch to the skin in the direction of hair growth. Rub it a few times in the direction of hair growth to keep it firmly attached to the skin.
3. Grab the leaf. Tighten the skin. Remove the patch (as fast as you can!) In one smooth movement as close to the skin surface as possible.
4. After epilation, remove wax residue from your skin with a Perfect Finish wipe.
Do not throw the patches down the toilet.
Tips for best results:
- Apply some talcum powder to make sure the skin is perfectly dry before epilation.
- Always tear the wax plaster in the opposite direction of hair growth, keeping it as close to the skin as possible.
- The faster you pull, the more hair
- Epilate your hair according to a consistent pattern so you don't miss any hairs, but remember not to epilate the same area of hair more than once.
- You can reuse each patch until it loses its grip. < / p>
