RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The unique and delicate formula with an additional pleasant cooling effect makes all irritations disappear and the skin remains perfectly smooth and soft to the touch. BioAloes and D-pantheon with soothing and moisturizing properties, additionally accelerate the regeneration of the epidermis. Delicate, gel formula provides effective epilation, leaving no greasy film on the surface of the skin. Selected fragrance makes the treatment a pleasure.
How to use:
- Using a spatula, spread the preparation in an even layer on those parts of the body from which you want remove the hair. Do not rub.
- Leave on the skin for 5 minutes, then use the spatula to gently remove the cream from a small part of the skin. If the hair comes off the skin easily, remove the rest of the cream with a spatula, in the direction "against the grain". If the hair does not come off easily, leave the cream on the skin, but no longer than 10 minutes from the beginning of application. The duration of action of the cream depends on the thickness of the hair.
- The remnants of the epilator can be removed with a damp sponge, then the skin should be thoroughly washed with warm water (without soap) and dried.
Precautions : Before the first use of the preparation, perform an allergy test: apply the cream on a small area of the skin, wait a few minutes and wash it off. If no allergic reaction occurs at the application site within 24 hours, you can use the cream. Do not use deodorants or antiperspirants on the depilated area within 24 hours of epilation. Avoid sunbathing.
