RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

NOTES: & nbsp; Before using the product, read the instructions for use carefully and follow the instructions. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from children. Do not use on elderly, diabetic or circulatory problems. Do not apply to irritated, injured or swollen skin, to skin with spots, ulcers, varicose veins, moles, or to sunburned skin. Or skin that has previously reacted with other waxes. Don't swallow. In the event of accidental ingestion, consult your physician and show him the product packaging. Do not use for 24 hours after sunbathing or immediately after showering or bathing. Avoid contact with the eyes. Suitable for pregnant women, although they may bruise. Consult a dermatologist before using this product if you are undergoing treatment that may affect your skin or if you think you may have an undiagnosed dermatological problem. Before using for the first time, do a test on a small part of the area to be waxed. If no adverse effects are observed 24 hours after application, continue using the product. If you're new to waxing, it's best to start by waxing your legs. Begin waxing wax-sensitive areas such as underarms or bikini lines if you've gained enough experience. Do not use this product on sensitive areas such as the nose, eyebrows, ears, chest, or around the genital or rectal area. Waxing is often uncomfortable and there is a slight reddening at the base of the hair. USE: BEFORE DEPILING: & nbsp; For better results, hair should be 2-5 mm long . Make sure your skin is clean, dry, non-irritated, and free from oils and creams. For best results, lightly warm the wax strip by rubbing it between your fingers for 30 seconds and slowly peel off the strip. If necessary, leave the strips on for longer.
APPLICATION AND REMOVAL: & nbsp; Apply one of the wax strips to the skin and smooth down hard in the direction of hair growth. Immediately hold the skin taut with one hand and grasp the bottom of the strap with the other hand. With one quick move, remove the strip in the opposite direction of the hair growth. Do not lift the strap directly up, but keep it as close to the skin as possible. To ease any discomfort, apply pressure to the skin with your hands. The same strap can be used several times. To reuse, place the two used wax strips together to keep the wax in contact, rub the strips between your palms for 5 seconds and slowly peel the strips apart. Repeat as needed.
Legs: Determine the direction of hair growth in each area of the legs. Work on small areas by sticking the strip in the direction of growth and pulling in the opposite direction.
Underarms: Underarm hair tends to grow in two directions, so waxing under the armpits has to be done in two steps. Raise your elbow up and slide your hand towards the back of your head. At the top of the arm, glue the strip towards the elbow. For the lower area, repeat the same procedure in the opposite direction. Always pull the strip in the opposite direction to your hair growth. Bikini area: Use on small areas. If the hair is too long, it is recommended to trim it to about 5 mm beforehand. Hold the skin firmly and stick the strip. Pull the strip in the opposite direction to the hair growth.
AFTER DEPILATION: & nbsp; To remove any residual wax marks on the skin, rub over the back of the used strip. After all hair has been removed, excess wax can be removed with a cotton ball or a tissue moistened with baby oil. Do not use soap, water or alcohol to wipe off any wax marks.
