RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Ingredients properties:
Plantain seed hull & nbsp; it is rich a source of soluble fiber which, by binding liquids, increases its volume many times to form a gel. Psyllium husk regulates the work of the intestines, positively influences the movement of food masses in the intestines and facilitates defecation. Helps to control blood cholesterol levels.
Ingredients: & nbsp; Powdered Psyllium Husk (Plantagoovata Forssk.). May contain sesame seeds and mustard seeds.
Usage:
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 level teaspoon (2.5 g) twice a day (morning and evening).
Children over 6 years: 1 level teaspoon (2.5 g) once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Mix the product with water or juice and drink it straight away. Colon Ibesol can also be added to yoghurt or other dishes.
The minimum fluid intake for each 2.5 g of the product is 125 ml.
Always take the preparation with the specified amount of fluids. Too little fluid can cause constipation. Because psyllium shells shorten the transit time in the gut, it may affect drug absorption. Use Colon Ibesol min. 1 hour before or after taking the drug.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It does not contain sugar.
