RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Malinois protective serum is suitable for hair oiling and protecting hair ends after washing. It works best on sensitized hair, exposed to high temperature, bleached and colored. & Nbsp; Protects against color fading. & Nbsp; For high and medium porosity hair, as well as for all lovers of raspberry fragrances!
The base of the serum is natural silicone alternatives: & nbsp; Coco-Caprylate / Caprate and Squalane & nbsp; (from sugar cane). They are light emollients, lighter than classic oils, and fantastically coating and protecting the hair. In Malinois, we can also find RepHair®? with raspberry oil, a biomimetic, ceramide-like particle that strengthens the hair fibers, smoothes its surface, improves resistance and gives shine. It contains the Activoil ™ Kerox-Pro ™ complex, i.e. radish, magnolia and rosemary extract, which has heat-protective properties and protects against UV damage and color fading. Additional protection is provided by sticky pistachio gum.
Usage:
OILING: & nbsp; Use 2-4 scoops for oiling Malinois serum. Perform the treatment once every 1-2 weeks.
How to wash off the oil serum from the hair and preserve its valuable effects? Perform emulsification: wet the hair with warm water, apply Flylight conditioner to the oiled part, beforehand. Leave for 5 minutes, then rinse off and, if necessary, wash with shampoo or cowash. Always finish the care with a conditioner or a mask!
TIP SERUM: & nbsp; 1-4 drops of the product is enough to protect the ends, depending on the length of the hair. Apply after each washing.
ADDITION TO MASK OR CONDITIONER: & nbsp; Add 2-3 drops of serum to a serving of light mask or conditioner & nbsp; Flylight to enrich it!
HAIR SPA: & nbsp; On dry hair, apply a portion of the selected HAIRY TALE COSMETICS mask or conditioner, and then perform oiling on the foundation.
